About Single Home Report
Single Home Report is a company that has been created to provide Scottish residents with the opportunity to order a professional home report for their property with relative ease.
Legislation passed on the 1st December 2008 that states that any property put up for sale within Scotland is accompanied with a Home Report, containing all relevant documents (single survey, energy report and property questionnaire). Failure to adhere to this ruling could lead to a penalty charge of up to £500.
